If the Lupuzor MAP programme proves to be successful, N6L is also much cheaper to produce than any other compound being a peptide, The drug for NASH will probably bought up soon. And being of a peptide nature also makes them very safe resulting in minimal side effects to the patient. All these reasons are enough for it to be bought up. Even the ureka divestment will keep us going for a couple of years. All to play for here in my opinion.

Just read a paper on MAP was fairly interesting apparently its a good route to market and data obtained it quite valuable in many different aspects plus advertising before the release of a drug to garuntee a large uptake in the initial year. With the open label they're definitely going overkill on the data to help with approval. Good results adhering to findings and showing enhanced safety profile will definitely get this to market.

Gl all I was told a month back that they are going to be regaining shareholder confidence in this period the RNS was a great start personally I thought. There is a company looking for NASH treatments atm so not expecting it to hang about too long as nobody is really producing anything in this field currently. With AZ's product dramatically failing p3 still all to play for here in my opinion but this is still the only safe non-immunosuppressive treatment about. Any positives from the open label and MAP and this will get to market quite easily.

I reckon at least £250k to date, assuming his avr is 0.0025p and paid for all shares then about £225k (in today's currency value) so less and definitely worth less currently.

Fair point, I guess he has no choice but to come through on this, could be going good hence why he is concentrating on this, which I think is good as it is the actual purpose of the business. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Don't think he'll issue a fundraise before this deal is done personally as he is already diluted along with his family. Hopefully not long to wait on it, seems he's been at it a good few months. Time will tell can see why everyone has lost their patience here. It is risky but these ones are normally the best. Gl holders let's see how it goes.

No a group that has licensing to do this in Europe, and Chinese operators do this do to laws and regulations in China.

I see a few people saying that this was pulled out a of a hat. He even says in the investor show back in April negotiations are well underway with a group. Now discussions are bearing fruit. I find it worrying that nobody pays attention to the information available.
