Still so much 'Jam tomorrow' commentary in the RNS's here and at AFRI! I'm still hopeful that a deal will be done and eventually the SP will more accurately reflect the potential (and actual) growth of the combined business on a main market listing with the liquidity and profile that it brings.

SP has been massively held back by lack of online trading (zzz...) and non existant news flow.

Some real positives for Afriag now... - SA politics looking up / higher Rand - Zimbabwe opportunities - JV for HoH (i assume) - Solid existing business - Very limited fund raising over past 18 months

I agree, I invested here on the basis that fruit & veg requirements by the developed world have been increasing year on year, and given DL's track record in Africa / Logistics / Perishables I was happy to invest in this start up back in 2014. HoH is a bonus for growth imho, and I think it could prove massive for the SP. However, I am extremely disappointed with the lse delisting debacle, listing on NEX and the almost non-existent newsflow.
