For my part i think Kefi has made significant progress despite the challenges its faced on getting to production stage.
AIM miners all come with a level of risk - this one though at the very least is an easy 1x in the bag when it return to its 2p average, and when financing is secured which is looking set for completion in December, your looking at multiple bags at these levels

You can choose to not believe the proposals if you wish, thats you're choice, but the presentation clearly states how the Tulu Kapi project is engaged on both the local & national level to create exciting opportunities for Ethiopians nationwide.

page 8 of the recently published Proactive presentation outlines how this project will provide significant benefits to the local community, including improvements to local infrastructure (roads & power), providing skills development to support the industry expansion nationwide, thus enabling greater youth employment, and facilitating greater community investment opportunities through a self-run community development foundation based on self-identified needs.

The projects outlined here would be suggest a great amount of good-will on behalf of KEFI to generate mutually beneficial working relationships with both the government and community stakeholders.

This is a great presentation that instils great confidence for me that this a solid long term hold.
