On the bright side, I've got some cash loaded up for a cheeky buy if we go down and still 95% of my holding if it goes up.

I actually accidentally sold a small amount of SNG at a whopping profit of £20 this morning. I thought I was selling a different stock. Only realised when I hit the "sell" button.

It's true that many very high level pros would take a flexible approach to bankroll management, but still never put their entire bankroll at stake.

This is AIM - fortunes are won and lost every day here. Let's hope we are onto a winner.

In poker terminology you should never play the stakes that your bankroll can't support.

Plenty of risk left and absolutely no justification for being "all in" in one AIM stock.

Having said that, while not "all in" I am definitely balls deep in SNG.
£2-4bn final mcap imho.

Poker - while I fully expect us to at least double from here by the end of the year, investing more than you are comfortable with will affect your decision making and won't be good for your mental health.

You're not alone though - I'll be lucky to get more than 40% of my usual income this year. A lot is riding on my trades & investments being successful. Always fancied myself a a full-time trader lol.

I reckon this is wave 1.5. It's happening because of relaxed attitudes to covid and the daft government advice & policies, one of which was literally paying people to catch it. This not yet the predicted second wave because of the suppressed immune system typical for winter time.

Would they not rather buy SNG for the said $20bn?

PS Bigmac - nice model but you could have picked up an actual 900 (starts&runs) for the same price about 10 years ago lol.

Green - I'm pretty sure I can buy one of them with my pocket money, even though they seem to have really gone up in price over the last few years (if only I held on to my old one! would have been an investment).
Where I need SNG to come through is the new house with double garage and fully equipped workshop + stock of spare parts (becoming rare these days) + great new kitchen for Mrs B so she doesn't threaten to leave me if I don't sell the dang car like last time. Maybe leave my day job so I can enjoy some time working on the saab.

I reckon no MMs need shares, hence they are not that bothered about buying and bid is low. Sell if you want but they will only take them at a huge discount.
At the same time they are not getting any buying pressures at 190 ask.

Perhaps filling an order - or just playing the buy & sell pressures at different levels.
Once all 180-bid sells dry out, they will raise the bid.

Plan for tomorrow:
1) Wake up early;
2) Unbolt bathroom sink (kitchen sink already thrown at SNG);
3) Buy on the dip;
4) Sell at 10% markup to the yanks when they wake up.
