I am just as annoyed as you, but we now have clarity of what's going to happen next. SNG are clearly very confident in their product and won't be pushed around. Good old lemon paradox, but in reverse. We are the only ones who know how good this stuff is, so won't sell it unless we get a cracking deal.

You can't even get flu vaccine right now (shortage) - what makes you think the new vaccine will be available for anyone but the most vulnerable? Many won't take it anyway.

eva - I have just mentioned in one of the other posts that I was in a similar position when holding EUA, read between the lines, sold at a healthy profit, just to miss out on £0.5m worth of gains over the following 6 months.

You never know what's going to happen. But it's a strong RNS with a clear route to the market.

Dilution is not that bad as it's priced at Manic Monday level - we are getting a lot of cash that will be generating profits.
If we went for , say 50/50JV, we'd get a smaller share of the future profits.

No guarantee it will drop.
- Very strong message being sent by the company.
- More clarity provided about further steps. This is critical.
- Not your typical AIM placing to print some cash for mates.

If it does drop, it will be temporary.

Very good point - should have added 2+2 -> new broker, valuation note, price rise.

Problem is, I've sold EUA in exactly the same position and missed out on about £500k profits.

No idea how the market will react in medium term, but to me the placing looks very strong and solid. Imagine being told we'll raise £90m at 1.75 when we were trading at 34p.

I'm going 7-figures or bust on this one.

I am having a severe case of TLDR.
- We are raising a feckload of cash and anchoring sp at 1.80 - higher than market value a few days ago. Looking good.
- Production capacity to be greatly ramped up. Looking good.
- Phase 3 trial to be ramped up and across various countries. Looking good.

Anything I missed?
