I think 30-50% is wishful thinking.

In theory, afaik, there are no actual penalties for not filing a TR1 if you're slightly over the threshold. Somebody on this forum researched this and came up with this only being a significant breach of market rules if you can prove that you have suffered significant financial loss as a result of that TR1 not being filed. Or something along these lines.

Anyone thinking about this takeover can probably ask their mates to spread the buys across various funds that they do not have a "direct control" over...

First, the real drivers of SP are IIs and they all already know ph3 is imminent.

Secondly, we seem to have become a bit of a toxic brand among clueless AIM PIs. Been talking to my neighbour, who considers himself a well-informed investor lol ("Are you signed up for Motley fool? Great advice!"; "Tom Winnifrith is great at calling out shares that are about to crash"). He's glad he managed to get out of SNG with only a 30% loss when he heard about the vaccines.

Unfortunately, if we use such "investors" as an estimate for the herd attitude to SNG, they will only be jumping back in on the next spike, most likely after a big II buys in.

I now think that we'll be stagnating until an actual EUA/revenue stream.
