The 'bear bones' of a recap deal was announced yesterday:

FOSUN have bought up a buch of the shares and will be fronting the proposed £750m recap.

The deal will most likely neeed SH approval as there will be 'significant' dilution of SH. Some of these deal don't get through as SH approval does not occur (gets voted down) ... but with FOSUN having c. 18% of stock isued - it'll likley get through.

Now ... shorts will likely be closing over the next wee bit (look at the big trades there yesterday - likely a lot of shorts starting to close)

Considerin the above - there will likely be a few 'dead cat bounces' over the next wee bit ...

Could be profitable ... but very risky.

either a sale being worked ... or the bid / ask was off meaning lots of reported buys were actually sells ..

t'would be good if the stock exchange gave out acurrate buy / sell info ... no idea why they don't
