Definitely that's the case IMO Spratt. Did you notice on the last couple of satellite images there was a new drillpad about 60m further SW than the original line of 4. Only explanation is they are going deeper - why would they go deeper underneath the other holes??
This all happens the same time NCM go from bullish on Hav to all out love-in, the clues are there, just join all the dots.

"The magnetic units responsible for the anti-form (quartzite) show signs of offset along WNW structures" - Translation - it's trending towards Havieron

"There appears to be a very subtle magnetic high extending along the interpreted axial plane of the fold" - Translation - Structurally there's a fold here just like Newcrest have discovered at Havieron.

"This magnetic source may be caused by pyrrhotite or magnetite alteration related to a similar, Havieron style alteration
system or an IOCG system" - Translation - same geology as Havieron.

Agreed kieffy and I reckon that can't be too far away now - They will be getting the drill plans ready for next month IMO and I think we will hear about them sooner than later.

Loggy if Scallywag hits anything like Havieron then it won't just move up the value curve it will rocket straight to the top of the charts IMO.

100% agree we need to see this farm-in completed right through to stage 4 - find out exactly what we have down there and realise "FULL" value for the asset whether that be 5% and toll treat, keep the whole 30% or sell the whole 30%.

Be nice if a few holes hit in Scallywag at the same time though - that could make things very very interesting indeed.

Jerry - looking at the slide in the picture on Twitter it looks very similar to the one in the company presentation on the website - Look on page 7 - the title & pictures are the same but the details have probably been updated to reflect the later results from Havieron.

tigger: thanks for the big up, but I'm most definitely not the font of mining wisdom - in fact I have zero mining / geological experience apart from what I have educated myself over the last 2.5 years researching on GGP.
I haven't really looked at any other processes - I know that Newcrest have their own trials in place at Telfer & Cadia to look at improving their gold recovery rates. They are using combinations of ore-sorting, improved flotation techniques and other improved processing techniques. It's all covered in their last briefing book that can be downloaded from their website.

I think Newcrest & Sandeep are quite open to embracing technology & new techniques so I would imagine that anything that would improve their processes would be of interest to them.
