You're really bad at this FUD thing aren't you? For a supposed engineer and father of AI your grasp of logic is sadly lacking. It's not worth reponding to your efforts in detail as, ...well, life's too short to waste time on that sort of thing. Anyone can go through this thread and count the contradictions, straw men, moving goal posts, and other fallacious arguments.

I believe this was also the patient who, quite late on in his treatment, was described as saying the biggest inconvenience of his treatment was having to go to the hospital periodically (not anything about side effects).

Three things of note here:

– This was a terminally ill patient with heavily pretreated, refractive cancer.

– There was a lifetime doxorubicin limit in force art the time he was being dosed.

– One of the clinicians (Dr Tap?) at the Science Day back in 2022?/2023? was emphasising that doxorubicin was only a temporary halt to sarcoma progression because, even if the patients could stand the side effects, treatment had to stop when the lifetime limit was reached.

AVA6000 has a simple leaving group (the dipeptide with a tiny capping group) with a simple, non-proprietary name. I believe the AVA6103 leaving group (AVA10344 ) has some sort of targetting entity (that being what enables AVA6103 to remain in the TME) and so will be more complex. I should imagine they will want to keep track of where everything goes and sort of square the sum of all the bits out equating to the amount of drug in.

What those bits out are is explained below for doxorubicin and exatecan as they have been well characterised. AVA10344 is new and uncharacterised in the literature (but will have been characterised by Avacta).

It was never a goer.

It'll be what's left of AVA6103 when the exatecan has been cleaned off. All compound need a name.

I wonder whether the metabolites of AVA10344 (if they know what they are) will be measured separately, lumped together with AVA10344, or not measured at all.

Ditto, and more importantly, for exatecan, although the metabolites to look for will already be known from the literature.

If they have proven specificity for FAP in vitro and have seen cleavage and little in the way of side-effects in vivo, then all that's left is to show that the chosen initial dose doesn't kill or prove highly toxic to the first patient and the rest of the first cohort, and that there is some clear efficacy, actual or surrogate (i..e. exatecan concentration in the tumour), and minimal side-effects by the time the second cohort completes.

Today is 6 March 2026. 21 days on will be 27 March.

Even if announced the next business day that would be 30 March, still before the end of Q1.
