In consultation with its engineering consultants, The Company has decided to implement two additional components to the Phase 1 Pilot Plant. To increase plant throughput capacity and flexibility, a third dense medium separation ("DMS") section has been procured. In addition, a magnetic separation circuit will be installed in the plant. This addition will allow the plant to produce tantalum concentrate alongside the primary tin concentrate. The improvements should now result in first concentrate being produced in Q2 2019 but are expected to increase the overall revenue-generation capability of the Pilot Plant

Commenting on the developments CEO Anthony Viljoen stated, "The additions announced today to the Phase 1 Pilot Plant will allow for the production of both tin and tantalum concentrates as well as larger throughput capacity at our Uis Phase 1 Pilot Plant. These changes will not only improve revenue from Phase 1 but also allow us to further de-risk the larger Phase 2 production which is subject to a Bankable Feasibility Study."

In other words delay might be a small blessing in disguise as they will hopefully have a higher sp going into any debt raising.

My very quick calculations shows about 2.2M buys and 2M sells so not a bad day overall and decent buying volume.

Would expect this to drift back up to 4/4.5p over next few weeks and then wait for more news.

If they can add more detail on expected increased volumes then maybe slightly higher.

I am delighted for you Roscon as I know you where looking to buy more regardless.

I still stick to my £1 sp target in 3/4 years once they have the smelting plant up and running and are churning out 10k tons of tin and will not be selling 1 share until they get there.

I read it CC... I personally think it is short term disappointing news and as a shareholder will say what I think.

this is not the BMN board, we do not need to line up like a bunch of nodding dogs and say everything is great.

Owning shares gives me the right to post my positive and negative thoughts on this share.

As I said I am long term positive but this is a miss and needs callling out as one.

I am not surprised it is not 1p yet...

Will be a 1p share when financials say it is.. at the moment we have an update saying EBITDA in Q4 was finally profitable but we (and other potential investors) need to see accounts, so this is Not Yet a profitable company and to be honest the food side of the business is not really worth a nats eyelash yet.

Also we still only own a non controlling 46% interest on the Agri business so a big chunk of the profits (and probably an inflated purchase price for the remaining equity probably ) will go to George Roach. Not sure why the remaining equity was not bought after last years capital raise? Maybe he is still sore after getting his last shares at 1.3p and wants a bigger chunk this time.

We all know something is going on behind the scenes at Comarco, but until this is announced we cannot just expect the sp to be 1p based on rumours.

I bought 2M shares in AAAP on the strength of the likely deal that will come from the loan to Comarco but without this news (which I believe will be huge) currently the MC is about right imo given the huge overheads for keeping this as a main market listing.

If/when the Comarco news comes then probably it will bounce to 2/3p or more straight away but that is an educated punt on my part. I also think this needs a MC of 30M + to justify the full listing so I do expect huge upside from here.

If Comarco does not come then AAAP will have £75/100k cash flow for 24 months and then access to $1M cash in 2 years to invest in the food businesses, which should then give the 1p + market cap and allow the directors to grow the company.

Hopefully readers of my last note will realise I do not come out defending the company when they drop the ball, this investment stands on its own feet so does not need me to ramp it.

For real LTHs, remember the massive additional Tantalum purchase only last October.

As well as plenty of money in the bank from last raise reading the above does remind me of the ambitions of this company.

There are still plenty of reasons to make me happy to tuck this one away for the medium term..

Let’s be honest, short term this is very disappointing. Especially for a company looking for a large capital raising later this year. I get the Tantalum rational, especially as well as just buying more Tantalum assets last October, but surely it was more important in the short term to prove to IIs that they can meet targets.

Also from my reading it is the lack of access to the grid that is the main problem that needs solving here, with the other bits just a smoke screen.

I own 2.5M shares here and will not be selling as still fully expect this to be a major Tin producer in the next few years but I will not be adding more either until they get their act together.

Any day now.

Main thing for me will be that they are now producing and shipping tin concentrate and that this is on agreed schedule.

Averaging up actually makes more sense than averaging down... people normally average down to hide the fact they potentially made a mistake... averaging up means you are buying into something that is gaining traction and is becoming a better investment. I normally average up as my conviction in a company improves but I normally get out at, hopefully only with a small loss when a share price starts falling for ‘no’ reason, because there usually is a reason.

People who average down tend to tell me how things eventually came good, 3/4 years later. In other words 3/4 years of lost opportunities. I don’t worry about missing out on buying at the bottom I just like to get in before it has risen too far. This one has a long way to go IMHO.

BMJ could be yanking our chains but I don’t think so, why risk the reputation damage for a bit more money. He has the decency to be open and engage with shareholders and put significant skin in the game that says a lot to me.

Near enough 10% of SIPP portfolios, well based on yesterday’s prices, (mine and the wife’s) in both Wessy. I am expecting to get near to the Lifetime Allowance in both SIPPs in the next year or two driven by both..

I expect both to do well which is why I have almost the same £ value in both. If I was investing more funds today it would be into ATM today though...

Is looking tempting again I have to admit. I think those Bushies who are dipping into the ATM piggy bank need to be careful imo as news is due here anytime, and I expect it to be better than the recent news they have just received.

I think if my broker (aka MM) said I could buy something at 0.1 and the sell it straight away for 0.11, a quick 10% then I would say do it. So I expect a few more of those recently bought warrants will be sold into rallies, the way it works.

I think the large spread will put most day traders off too, so until news flow the sp should be steady unless we get a large buyer who understands the story. At a 3.1M mc it will not take a lot of buying to move this stock.

Most shareholders are sadly under water though so would not expect a lot of selling pressure until we get to 0.4p.
