I think to throw out an RNS with that much raised has to include acquisitions, it could fall to be just debt management etc.

But with two of the hottest products in PT and copper being on the market, my opinion is they have to raise significant money to fight off the chinese and NN to secure them and put themselves firmly back on top.

Fully agree dickie, in a lot of ways 'languishing in this stock for 5 years is a blessing gives time to slowly accumulate a strong position for when these projects and prospects become resources.

If you were looking for a quick win on the stock pops you clearly didn't realise at what stage this business is at.

It is clearly at exploration and could take years to realise, but getting in at such low level and putting this money in the draw for a rainy day means a genuine chance at 100s of thousands if not millions in 10 years time....

I dont think anything has particularly changed right now but there are a number of other excellent investments that are flying up while this treads water.

I took about a third of my holding here on Monday and put it into ARC minerals due to the copper rise and its talks for a JV / takeover by Anglo jsut finished up over 20% for the week ( keeping it there for longer term) but ive top sliced and jsut put that 20% back here as they are so cheap at this level.

It could well go down to the 18s but that doesnt change the end sale price here, which in my opinion is £1 plus but if your an active investor there is definitely good uses for your money in such an active market right now.

The market is spoiling us for choice with all these cannabis mergers and crypto. Just my 2 pence, no change here but as it drags on all the rainbow chasers and quick profit investors (which I am half and half) will move on.

if the MCAP is currently £65million - and for pure ease we get an offer off £650million from AA or another vendor. we would be looking at 10 x our share price. I.e 67p per share, Am I correct in this calculation, obviously it coould be alot lower but for multiples is this how it works?

I think this is seeing serious resistance at 35p, I have watched it go up to 34 and down to 28 numerous times over the last couple of months, could bank a fair few thousand if I'd taken profits at this level.

We shall see how it goes I'm just interested in all strategies to make money

I agree, it is one area of investing I cant yet wrap my head around and that is resistance points, how a share is held at a certain point when other factors, such as volume, value and other technicals along with momentum point to it going north of it but yet it will sit here.

Rightly pointed out its got to this point, but thats based on others selling ouit on the 10% its made them, to hit that 20/30/40% increase we need to hold and continue to buy in small tranches, I expected / still expect to break 35p today

My guess is they thought the POO wouldn't sustain its trajectory and with its drop so would oil shares but as all off us they are wrong sometimes and oil is here to stay at 60 dollars plus possibly 70 and with companies like tullow is much better shape, its going against them

Absolutely all shares are uptoday, verey blue day across the board - but Tullows will be sustained - the sell and buy prices are the exact same currently - no spread, they must really want them!

RBL still a few weeks away I think too- carry this positive momentum all the way to it, I am very excited to see this go into over the next 2 weeks, I might top slice another investment to top up here - still an easy 33% upside in next couple of weeks from here

Uinoi - I genu9nely think this is an accumulation of exposure and more nad more investor doing their own due diligence and realising what a bargain this share price is.

Even things like motley fools exposure is helping shine a light on the gains to be made at Tullow, The POO certainly helps too!!1
