It's been many many months since the IIs piled in at this rate, for them to throw so much money on to sit on this, and not spend it elsewhere, they must have been given some BIG assurances at the boys club.

Im definitely a follow the bread crumbs guy.

Are people going to be selling there shares after qualifying for the divi?

Or are people going to hold on to their full amount for Eua V2.

I'm trying to weigh up how big the dip will be after the divi is paid. Different for all and more so for those with higher average sp ( im just under 30p avg)

But do the majority think this will drop below 30p after dividend?

Looking at RNS activity (price monitoring) been a busy month for news and they are all pointing in one very exciting picture.

Find it fascinating how itchy we can become waiting a business to sell itself.

I read the boards a couple times a week and in the past got caught up with wanting it done.

I've learned to relax, trust in my own limited mind that I'm backing a good horse and it's just time.

As with any risk / bet /investment the golden rule is too only use what you can afford to lose.

If that's the case then this will do its thing this year / next year. The facts are it's a guarantee to be worth more in the future so money is safe even if you are red on paper (I am too, just keep averaging down slowly each month)

What do shareholder's think the SP is worth?

I would certainly like to think 20p plus regardless of sale or not?

It's taken a while for me to get my head around the ERDC RNS, so I am hoping a few of you can tell me if I on the right lines here, just from a subjective POV.

Regardless the state of sale, I would say that for the last 6 months (if not longer) we could all agree EUA has been getting its ducks in a row, for the buyer (potential etc)

I'm right in thinking that having full govt backing and inclusion is a huge must for that buyer and this ERDC is just that??

I'm not sure on time frames, coming up 2 years for me now ha but surely just this alone ticks another box for the sale.

I don't see it any other way and I am very grateful to all and nay who have managed to push this down to this price again (yes I am in quite alot of red on paper) as it's helped me hoover up quite a few extra shares and average down.

End of July is not far away they could of exercised the loan payment note due if it wasn't in our interest so must mean more money.

With this and the Sturec sale coming through I'm positive with the cash coming in.

Everything so far does look like its leading to a sale of assets, possible JV (although, I think the placing was their new exploration area and we are selling all assets back to AA)

What time frame do you envisage? do you think within the exclusivity period or an extension of this. Its as long as a peice of string but my experience with sale adn JV's is nil, I have only just invested this year in a few adn coutnrywide is currently got my investment suspended so I'm all ears for thoughts on how this plays out

Pure sentiment, people have spent so long seeing the ramping and waiting for the big bang, that they are almost immune to it when the good news like this actually comes , ironic to say ha but I've topped up a little more just now

Just calm down - 5 years guys 5 years, that just a midterm plan for a junior explorer, im only a few years into the investment game but the way people go on here....

You invested in a very junior miner, with few projects, granted some of these are in great locations, and regardless of your personal opinion, a very experienced board who has show they know where to put junior explorers.

All the mining explorers you are looking at adn seeing the growth, ARCM, XTR, GGP, EUA,JUB, GALILEO ETC ETC ETC....

take a look at their share price history, take a look at soem of their prospects, their dilutions, their drills. Years and years and then, they strike Gold (or copper) in our case.....

I come on here to check for updates, im not bothered about share price atm, just add a little each month like a small savings pot you wont miss and then one day in the future it will boom! or it wont but thats investing.

That the business selling us this license wanted shares in arcm as payment, given the ridiculous position we are in and wanted a price of that knowing its going to be worth alot more.

These could certainly be the special and specific people in the RNS

I've just managed to double my holding, didn't think I'd get under 7p but im very happy with that!!! Brought my average up a bit but it's all profit!!!

Haha this certainly isn't a traders share, see it doing this for a while yet but news will come for the summer or sooner with next drills, its one of those sat here for a year and the day you move holding tp make easier money it will spike lol

Anything under 0.3 im going to keep going topping up over time - till my investment is about 5k - 2.5 mill shares plus. Top slice that at the first breakthough at around 1 - 1.5p then sit on the rest as free monety and se if we hit the jackpot like XTR and ARCM free ride.

I havent been inolved in a JV before, so just wondering will do own research also but say the dividend takes us to 20p a share on confirmation of JV. Thats excellent Dividiend banked.

Share price afterwards?

Typically does is tend to fall back to previous levels, is there usually a fluctuation, or does the JV price (20p in this case) become the bottom line ofr the share?

When you say a day, is that through II's coming onboard?

The JV is where I most likely see this, I think it gives ARCM, the cashflow to explore elsewhere and keep that focus as a business but maximising and capitailising on the finds. Cannot be bad being in bed with AA.

The spread is always so wide on this particular share, mre so than others, wonder what the MM's think the risk, when we have moved up .24 today

base seems to off been hit so a nice move back to .26 will give a nice 20% profit for me

Good to see you back in so soon Shezer and excellent recuperation of your lost profit aswell, getting in lower to recover the loss is great news.

The volume does seem to be pumping up, with a few of the more spotlighted mining shares (GGP,XTR,ARCM,EUA) coming to the fruition of their cycle, i do see alot of investors looking for that next small mining explorer whose metals are in this next supercycle... i,e copper.... i.e. BZT
