Loans under 1% per annum should be made available to investors In 2018, a mechanism should be introduced to subsidize interest rates on loans from residents of the TOP and SPV for the implementation of investment projects in the Far East. Such a mechanism will provide businessmen with cheap borrowed money at 1% per annum. How exactly the system will work is not yet reported. According to the project, to receive a subsidy, the investor will need to declare his project in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The Office will submit it to the subcommittee under the authorized representative of the president of the Far Eastern Federal District. After approval, the investor will need to decide which bank will finance the project. The most advantageous proposal is subsidized from the budget: the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will cover the difference between the bank rate and the value of 1% per annum. None of the existing subsidy programs in Russia does not guarantee such a low rate to business, says Stanislav Volkov , an analyst with the Expert RA rating agency. - 1% per annum is a fairly low rate, when compared with other subsidy programs, which, for example, are effective for agricultural producers, where rates at the expense of subsidies are reduced to 4-5% per annum, Volkov told NaDV.ru. "Certainly, this measure will certainly help investors, because one of the problems that the business faces is the lack of own funds and the need for additional financing through loans. With the introduction of the mechanism, borrowed funds for investment purposes in Russia will become the cheapest in the APR. Responsible : Alexander Krutikov, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East; Department of attracting private investments; Agency of the Far East on attraction of investments and export support. Timing : The mechanism should be implemented before September 2018.

(apologies if this has been posted.) AMUR MINERALS: bet ahead of time Question: And how is the project developing at the Kun-Manyo deposit, how much gold will it produce? - Amur Minerals is exploring the fields ahead of schedule. But, despite the fact that it has reserves of gold - about 3 tons, in the future - up to 6 tons, this nickel-copper deposit, which also contains platinum, and palladium. ZAO Kun-Manyo, which is part of Amur Minerals, completes the drilling program this year, plans to submit a final inventory report in 2018, although the term, under the terms of the license, is until 2020. It is expected that nickel reserves will be more than 800 thousand tons, for copper - more than 250 thousand. In the future, Amur Minerals may expand its production range: the ore field goes to the Khabarovsk Territory. The company took a search license there, but did not have time to start work and lost it. The leadership of Amur Minerals correctly believes that first it is necessary to start developing the main field, and after its development pays for itself, it will be possible to begin a search in the neighboring territory. In the spring of 2018, the company promises to prepare a feasibility study for Kun-Magno. The existing feasibility study - raw, Amur Minerals has not yet decided on the development plan, considering different options. At first they wanted to transport concentrate abroad for processing, now they are thinking of setting up a factory for the production of matte (nickel, copper, gold, platinum, palladium). In any case, for the construction they will look for an investor. The deposit is located in the economically undeveloped region: impassable, deserted, even hunters are not there. The economy of development is difficult. Today, Amur Minerals appears in the list of projects that can get money for infrastructure from the Far East Development Fund - for the construction of the road.
