GRANT SAMUEL APPOINTED AS FINANCIAL ADVISER

In January 2026, Grant Samuel Capital Advisory Pty Limited ("Grant Samuel") was appointed to assist Celsius' management and Board in the coordination of an integrated financing process and the structuring and negotiation of an optimal funding package for the MCB Project[11].

The appointment follows strong interest from international mining financiers, offtakers and investment groups and the receipt of offtake, debt and equity proposals.

So Monday they either get $43m or 100% of the project. Nice.

Got $76m funding package, used $10m for dfs, another $66m/£48.42m funding applied for, subject to satisfactory of feasibilty, good chance of this getting taken out.

Celsius has reported, in accordance with the JORC Code (2012), a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource totaling 343 Mt at 0.46% Cu and 0.12 g/t Au, containing approximately 1.6 Mt of copper and 1.4 Moz of gold, and a Maiden Ore Reserve of 130.2 Mt at 0.66% Cu and 0.21 g/t Au, containing approximately 856 kt of copper and 891 koz of gold. The Ore Reserve comprises 22.1 Mt of Proven Reserves and 108.2 Mt of Probable Reserves and underpins the long-term development plan for the Project[1].

At current spot price of US$6.00/lb Cu and US$4500/oz Au, the Pre-tax NPV(8%) increases to US$1.9 billion (~AU$2.9 billion) - IRR 42% Post-tax NPV(8%) US$1.2 billion (≈ A$1.8 billion) - IRR 34%.

The Company is progressing funding and offtake discussions to advance the Project toward a Final Investment Decision and construction

It has been a good few months since the last update regarding the deal, I would think an update is due soon on progress.

Samples dispatched to South African laboratories, data collection completed

3,160 geochemical samples and 3 representative metallurgical samples of fluorspar-gallium ore have been dispatched to assay and metallurgical testing laboratories in South Africa. Assay results are expected in early 2026 and once received they will be rapidly used to prepare and publish the project's MRE.

Yes assay results imminent followed by execution of formal grant agreement.

The Company expects to receive the assay results from its recent and extensive fluorspar and gallium drilling campaign in the near future. The Company anticipates that these results, and the resulting mineral resource estimate, will demonstrate that the fluorspar component of the Monte Muambe project represents a viable mining project of significant interest.
