Put the interest up on the 15/3/24 loan "Interest: SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) (being circa 5.3% as at the date of this announcement) plus 10% per annum, to be paid at the end of each fiscal quarter." So about 15% payable pa, and now wants his money each quarter.

Don't think we will go bust, just Bennelong will own most of it eventually.
