IMO ( not Humble!) there will be another fund raising - AAL will expect us to carry some risk. I expect a loan, who knows who it will be from? Anything under 8% will be a bonus. Good news flow RM, keep it coming.

Who else are we discussing Brockman with, any deal there would be an absolute game changer.

Always seems to me that Aim shares drop first before the main mkt, or at least more. Not helped today by major miners dropping. PM's down too, could get very bumpy.

In Feb 2021 Iron Ore was at $160.

PM's/ Miners one of the few sectors not being shorted. No doubt we are in recession. Locally about a third of houses for sale reduced in the last few weeks. Restaurants only open 4 days. Pubs shutting early. Expect it is the same elsewhere. Hope silver does rocket and we benefit.

Would have liked an update on Phase 4. As we all think it should be, DSO is clearly the priority and expected to be a cash cow in 2023. Maybe the EH & MM overview will be out next.

Could always extend the time to complete a deal, if both sides really want it. Very tricky times. I'm actually more concerned we haven't had an update on Han'k, now 2 weeks longer than last time -guess Anglo want to know the numbers too.

US is really no better than we are. Reason folks mortgages are increasing. we knew it would come, crazy low interest rates for years, day of reckoning is here and about to get worse. Governments always inflate away borrowing - much worse than normal this time. Blame covid and Putin for about half of it - QE for the remainder. Who pays? The little guy. Rant over!

Wouldn't mind buying back at this price, would prefer under £2 ( stated this is back in June - to howls of derision ). Like everyone here have no idea how low it will go.

New 52 wk low on S&P 500. Not good for any of us.
