Using the MRE info. I calculated a rough in ground valuation. Someone said this week there is no value when it's in the ground, oh yes there is, especially if another co. wants to buy it. Even being conservative, the numbers are huge. Not expecting any brokers valuations, as they would appear extreme. Add in another 80%, that wasn't included and you start to doubt your sanity.

$59 to buy physical in China. lmba lease rates over 30%, when the norm. is 1%. Shorts burning ( to quote Nap! ) $100 silver in coming. Get some silver out of the ground but pdq and UFO may benefit. Wait too long.....Forget the PGM's never coming out of the ground.

Would prefer a buyout, just not yet. Another increased resource estimate first.
