RE: Drill results expected tonight9 Mar 2022 13:13
Yep ditto that, with the exception of a handful of posters on here I think we all want to see yet more good results tonight but there's a slight doubt in my mind that Newcrest may well want to spoil the party. Remember SB is still pretty cheesed off with SD for going 'rogue' so he'll probably want some pay back tonight.
Everything had been going swimmingly up until last year and the 'love-in' was progressing along quite nicely but I have a feeling that SB might throw a few fictitious curve balls tonight when he delivers his statement, here's a few he could use and please feel free to add your own :-
1. Coronavirus had a major impact on our personnel (yeah right, he has used that one already !)
2. Drilling was suspended due to ground conditions (I'm sure he's used that one already as well)
3. Weather had a severe impact on our operations
4. Increased cost of fuelling operations had a major impact on our drilling operations
5. Further higher energy costs not budgeted for
etc.
and so the list goes on, maybe a new species of Kangaroo has settled in nearby or the local Koalas want their habitat back ??
Should be entertaining either way !!
