I can't make it as I live here in the Algarve but I was at the meeting last year hoping to hear something with regards to Newmont but was sadly out of luck. Just scanning through the history and the latest set of accounts and I notice the alliance with Expedia in parts. Is there an outside chance of Expedia wading in here at these levels ? Market cap of approx. £17bn dollars they could sweep them up without blinking an eyelid !

Agreed, although my only concern is the multiple use of the word 'potential' in that interview with GH. Let us not forget that EG was potentially 'the largest gold find of the decade' !!

I hope some of them took some profits this morning. Another positive piece of news this morning should help cement these levels, I'm not sure if there's sufficient momentum this morning to attack the 2p level as 1.90p is proven pretty stubborn !

But hey, this is the AIM casino after all and anything could happen !

......will be interesting. Will it be a case of taking some profits ahead of the weekend or will it be a case of pushing through the 2p level ahead of the weekend press and the follow through buyers at first thing Monday morning ?

Will it be a case of a massive tree shake to flush out all the weak holders, no real surprise considering a near 80% upside move this week. Or will it be a case of a move up towards the 2p level ahead of possible weekend press tips that the market may already get wind of ?

One thing is for definite, it will be another day of edge of your seat stuff !!

Womo, I was one of the few on here that was riding the stock during the alleged 'Newmont' fiasco and have been in here since January 2017. I think its only Apples, myself and another poster who were active on here back then.

The stock rose like a phoenix from the flames on the 'largest gold find of the decade' announcement from the board only to crash and burn shortly afterwwards as we all know.

But I think our man Clive could be the catalyst here, so hence my rethink this weekend.

I was going to cash in my dingo dollars at tuppence but now I think I will re-strategise at the weekend.

Relax FFS, the stock has been up around 80% until this morning over the last three days. Of course there will be the inevitable pull back, that's how the market makes its money.

Give it a rest, just chill and enjoy the ride.

Onwards and upwards !
