And with cash to spare from my top slice back in June, couldn't resist after a near £1.00 retrace since the highs just a few weeks back.

£7.00 still looks like the downside target, even £6.50 can't be ruled out but with cash to spare its now wait watch and keeping an eye on the US Dollar which will rally no doubt as US companies start sharpening their pencils ahead of an Autumn shopping spree of manipulated undervalued UK companies.

And some nice speculative buying whilst everyone was away basking on their sun loungers !!😊

Okay, I mentioned about buying back my stock sold in June but just holding off for the time being.

Talk is that those pesky US banks and hedge funds may crash the markets when everyone is back from holidays.

£7.00 could be hit possibly ??

Slowly but surely looks like those Yanks and hedge funds want to take the stock down to 50p.

No sellers, although Platinum and those Aussies who caan't see what's happening here may decide enough is enough after years of holding stock.

Good for us pensioners as we just keep on adding at the end of every month stress free.

I mentioned on here back in 2023 how rentals would become the bread and butter for estate agencies in the future and with Rachel from accounts tinkering with high end property sales its looking even better by the day for Foxtons.

July for Foxtons was another bumper month for rentals and with a even busier last quarter for Foxtons, the company will be on track to post their best ever set of finals come 2026 and I still maintain my forecast of 80% rentals and just 20% of sales contributing to the figures.
