Good article in the Letting Agent Today on-line :-
'New figures today from London-focussed lettings agency Foxtons shows growth in the supply of lettings properties on the market is starting to ease tenant affordability.
It says the number of properties brought to the market rose in March, with listings up 19 per cent compared to the previous month.
This influx of instructions took the total to around 30,000, up from volumes of around 25,000 seen in previous months. Whilst still below pre-pandemic levels of stock, the additional instructions are a step towards a better balance between supply and demand, the agency claims.
The boroughs of Westminster and Tower Hamlets continued to have the highest concentration of new lettings instructions coming to market.
Overall, monthly volumes in the first quarter of 2023 followed a similar pattern to 2022, with South London remaining the most popular area for renters; year-to-date in March, applicant registrations were up 11 per cent from last year, considerably higher than any other area in London.
Applicant demand remains strong and rose four per cent from February to March, with demand reaching similar levels as in March 2022, just a slight one per cent decrease year to date.'

And some decent ones in the lot, goodness knows what the MMs are trying to achieve here today, most of the weak holders are already out of the stock, so all this 'me-to-you, you-to-me' games between MMs isn't fooling anyone.
Buy if the MMs have any b*lls to move the offer price below 38p although I won't hold my breath !
A perfectly healthy mark down this morning, stock been up around 100% in the past two sessions with around 50% of the company shares traded.
This morning the stock is down about 10% on volume of...............just 8 million shares !!!
Market is after those knee tremblers !!
And that's as of now, so there may be more to come with any delayed trades etc.
So not far off from 50% of UKOG traded in the last two sessions !!!
Mad eh ??
They could swallow up UKOG without blinking an eyelid !
And just to add that our Prime Minister and Chancellor want to reduce energy imports going forward with the UK being more self-sufficient !

Not sure what their trading strategy is here with that disclosure but remember on Friday nearly 25% of UKOG was traded, so not too bothered if it was an increased 'short' position to just over 3% of the company !
My thoughts exactly, I mentioned just after lunchtime that we might see 5 billion shares traded in UKOG today, well officially it was just shy of this figure...........unofficially ???

With lettings reported up 27% in Q1, just thought I'd post this on-line article, its mad but great news for Foxtons !!!
