No games. Takeover panel is hoping to get payment from the two major customers before the offer. Otherwise, investors will get peanuts.

jollyspeculator- the reason for delaying in making the deal could be because the offerer is trying to outwit the investors. The two major customers are deliberately withholding the payments, probably they are friends of Jamal or Bidco. The offerer is hoping they can offer low to investors now and takeover the company. When major customers pay them later, they can keep all that £14M to themselves. Just IMHO only.

The way with AIM shares is that whenever II or large holders or directors selling their shares, the share price goes up. It is to mug pi really. What I don't understand in this case is that there is an offer for the company. Why Stream Global is selling now?

I have been watching this share since it announced takeover. The sell price was definitely around 17p. So how did they managed to sell at 19p? Something fishy going on here?

Takeover announcement was made on 20th April. STREAM GLOBAL PTE. LTD has been selling their shares since 21st April. Why?

1M shares traded on Friday at 18p was a sale. How can it be? At that time, sell price was 15p. Does it mean MM gave better sell price to their friends?
