Best buy order- you pay higher to buy
Best sell order- you get the worst bid price.

Why would anyone order to pay more? Usually, order to sell at a higher price but not order to buy at a higher price?

Usually brokers give the best price whether it is 'O' or 'AT'. Someone got mugged.

When offer price is 10.4p why would anyone buy at 10.64p . Strange trade.
