Usually the performance of MSTR more or less tracks the performance of Bitcoin, but recently when Bitcoin peaked at around $111,000, MSTR dropped from around $420 to $380. Any thoughts as to why this occurred.

Bought in at 12.7p in March 2001, therefore I only need a 2000% rise to break even. David Beckham was the big celebrity investor in this stock. I shudder to think how much he. Has lost on it. Does anyone know the main reason for the recent bounce.

NO! Other people with warrants have bought millions of shares at 2p a share so there are now millions more shares. Your holding doesn’t change but as there are now many shares in circulation the share price will naturally fall, but the overall value of the company stays about the same.

If you have any they will show in your portfolio. Perhaps your buy never completed.

This has just had a massive dilution, think and use common sense!!! Remember most people lose money on these type of shares.

This is a perfect example of ramping madness!!!

This share came to my attention a week ago at 32p and I considered a small investment but avoided buying because you should never buy on a spike especially when it is induced by rampers.

At its peak today, it had 14 bagged in 3 months and is still a 12 bagger. A substantial rise even for a resources stock. Most investors make their biggest losses on resources stocks.

There clearly has to be a big correction and many of those who have made mega gains will exit and take their profits. While others who have bought on the spike will see big losses. Wealth will have been redistributed.

Today’s last 10 minutes suggests carnage on Monday.

Since the 28p high just after its launch in Feb 2021 this has never stopped falling and is now over 99% down. One to write off as a very bad idea.

No, overall a smallish loss but quite relieved that the SP rallied from the low 30s that we saw for much of last year. It could have been so much worse.

Well, That’s it. The shares can no longer be bought or sold , just held until 15th May when we’ll be recompensed 90p per share held. The directors have resigned and that’s The End of COMS, REDS , SMRT or whatever you want to call it. For me it’s been an 11+ year journey of highs and lows. It’s not an ideal ending, but it could have been so much worse.

This suggests the the Contract had already been priced in and more (as often happens on aim ) hence the drop from 4p. Unfortunately some will have bought on the spike and will now be down 25% temporarily. I sold the vast majority of my holding here in 2013 at a 50% profit but kept a few running free. However now watching this closely looking for the best entry point.

Anyone here who got in during January last year at $160. My entry was prior to this when the price was a bit higher, therefore had to sit on paper losses for a while, but I never expected this kind of BOOM. So glad I’ve got them in an ISA.

A nice surprise for us faithful long suffering holders. But we could do with a lot more.

It is so much easier to bury bad news when people’s attention. Is focused on other major new stories. That’s why they released it today. Shame on them!
