96million shares would probably be forward sold. Anyways on a news day this share can do 300m in volume so the warrants situation is not a big deal at all. The company is making all the right noises without leaking market sensitive information and I feel something big is imminent.

Speed and the fact that live data has been already fed to their software. Would the government give highly classified live data to a business that is about to collapse? They would double make sure that they will have enough funds to keep going. It's just a matter of time before contract news drops here.
