Sonic Core Drilling

In May 2025, 445.3m of sonic core drilling was completed across the 6km2 mineralised footprint at Boland, enabling analysis of drilling recovery, sample repeatability and the mapping of geological characteristics important to ISR. Key points include:

· Assay results from sonic core drilling are imminent - DONE 👍

· Sample representation between previous aircore drilling and sonic core drilling to be evaluated from the twinning of multiple holes:

o Previous wellfield sonic core drilling resulted in significantly higher grades when compared to low-cost aircore drilling

o Sonic drilling provides 100% sample recovery through the confined aquifer, where ionic mineralisation enriched in dysprosium and terbium is absorbed to fine organics within coarse permeable sands

o Twinning of aircore holes enables a direct evaluation of the effective sample recovery by aircore drilling

· Results will be a precursor for further resource definition drilling

Resource Definition

Cobra aims to define a maiden rare earth MRE at Boland, which will be a precursor to economic scoping.

Key activities include:

· The Company has modelled drilling results to date and is close to appointing an independent Competent Person to commence the technical requirements to enable a resource estimation

· Core density results on 10 sonic core samples are expected to be completed by ANSTO soon

· A total of 395 samples from the recently acquired tenement EL6742 have been extracted from the core library and are at the laboratory for REE analysis. Results are anticipated in late July 2025

· Further samples are planned to be collected in the coming weeks to test a further 50 drill holes for Boland-type mineralisation across the acquired tenements (see Figure 1)

· Cobra is preparing the necessary approvals to enable drilling on the recently acquired tenements upon the transfer of title

Infield Permeability Study

In 2024, Cobra demonstrated the ISR potential of Boland mineralisation through three bench-scale ISR tests that successfully demonstrated high REE recoveries and high permeabilities. Infield permeability and hydrology testing aims to demonstrate these key productivity metrics in the field, as a basis for future engineering and economic evaluation. Key workstreams include:

· Further monitoring wells installed at the Boland wellfield in May 2025

· Electronic Program for Environment Protection and Rehabilitation ("EPEPR") lodged seeking approvals for a permeability study aimed at testing the ISR mining rate achievable within the wellfield installed at Boland

· Discharge permit application to be submitted upon receipt of EPEPR approval

· Key consultants have been engaged for study execution

· Cobra is targeting August 2025 for permeability study completion

Some strong buying with a number of larger trades that all look like buys to me so someone/or more certainly building or seriously strengthening a position.

So good steady buying and SP movement coming up to drilling results. In terms of Warrants I think there are roughly 100m that can be exercised at 2p from last raise but can’t recall others. Anyone kept a track on where we stand?

Thanks for posting and yes interesting article - if Lynas can sort the processing of Dysprosium and Terbium outside of China then you would think that could be a great partnership for Cobra.

Agreed Richy, would like to think the MRE will help move this but I do agree that it will more likely be the Scoping study and proof in field is going to really get this shifting. Not concerned as still all in line with the plan for the year just would equally love to see this reflected in SP movement upwards sooner. Keep the faith.

Thanks for link to interview at PDAC though as hadn’t seen that and good to see it has 3.8k views and Rupert out there selling the story.

Rich I am equally long term invested and have similar thoughts but my overriding position re this year is that they have de risked all that they can in terms of Metallurgy and the last raise enabled the drilling and that their clear message has always been this year would see MRE and scoping study which I think elevates this whole proposition to the next level. We haven’t yet seen SP reflect this but I truly believe this year has to based on the facts in front of us. I also think unless you really read the detail over all the RNS I’ve the last couple of years and really try to understand REE and ISR proposition here people won’t get it - just like recent posts where people clearly have done zero research and have no idea. I also get it that it’s not the easiest to grasp for general retail market when you compare to to Gold results etc so when you get people trying to compare to GGP you understand why this hasn’t yet taken off - there isn’t the understanding of the value proposition here.

Not sure I understand why over past few days there has been steady stream of lots of small sells - accompanied by some 250k chunks admittedly but why the high volume of small sells that seems to create these 5% movements

I take solice in the facts. I can’t understand the short term trades or price action. I firmly believe that the team have done everything to derisk the whole Boland project - yes it has to proven in the field and value put to the output through the MRE - which I appreciate the market needs to see - but from a risk reward basis all the signs are there for this to be a massive success. I remain firmly committed and hold long and strong.

Sent an email to Vigo Consulting...response was.... work is going both on metallurgy and resource updates....a little slower than previously estimated due to consultant and laboratory turnarounds but very much in process and not too far off updates on those workstreams.

A couple of weeks old but just picked up on this article and of particular interest is the latest government grants which states:-
“Grants in a range of A$1 million to A$30 million will be doled out to support projects that will strengthen Australia's sovereign capabilities in critical minerals, King said in a separate statement. Applications will be open from 17 January to 20 February 2023.“
