The true spread here is around .145 to buy and about .11 to sell. Obviously less if you are a distressed seller.
For whatever reason, the MMs keep the advertised spread huge and thus you can buy under mid so anyone looking at past trades will se all/most as sells.
This is untrue and with a list mid price of .15, this lifts it above the magic sub £1million companies which are on alot of peoples radars. I firmly believe that the MMs are deliberately and artificially holding this price and spread up this high, to deter(for now) people from buying in until after results/possible news on a takeover/merger, which incidentally are out on or before 30th September.
