You don't need a PE buyout to break up this company. It can be broken up now and the proceeds used to get a better finance deal. I have seen on so many occasions similar companies refinancing and then carrying out a rights issue from a ''position of strength.''

This is because the nominal share price is 1.5p, so they cannot issue shares below this. However, there is a process which is followed would allow this figure to be reset to a lower price. My guess is 0.25p.

Welcome to AIM! Those who could have sold at 6p yesterday should have. These shares will be sub 1 again by year end. However, to ''celebrate'' the rise of January 2025, they could get back to 10p on news!

So you are holding out for a takeover? This could happen tomorrow very cheaply, however companies don't do that. They are likely to wait for the work to be done by Trellus first and are happy to buy it out later for a price several times higher than current. This way at least ensures they get exactly what they are after. At this point this company is not proven.

Moneymule hope you are right and there is no cash call.

However, if the past is anything to go buy, companies often take advantage of recent SP strengths to carry out a placing. This has the effect of supressing the SP until further good news is received. Each to their own, I'm out when we next see a big SP rise In the meantime, a steady increase to 3p would be great.

If they were going to be bought out it would have happened ages ago. They need funds to carry on or they go into administration. The only way is a placing at 0.6p.
