And its good IMO that Casale wanted a good chunk of equity out of Atome rather that just reward from Villeta because they see the replicate potential

IMO Casale were the main starter... they've probably spent millions above anything they've been paid so far by Atome and Atome has received a large chunk as extra preferred shares..whereas Casale has received not a lot yet so my thinking is that this is their reward...unfortunately that meant Levine Schroders and Directors getting diluted so an agreement was made to keep everyone happy...my view of Olivier has been strengthened even more because he didn't go for a greedy grab (probably also because he hasn't had a lot of cash over his 5 year tenure just shares)....that's my reasoning for the discounted raise and it's good that the company get a wad of extra cash to get on with Hy24's project replicate as they put it yesterday and probably why the delay to finalising the equity club...just my opinion though

The Old Bloke thing mentioning 100% dillution really spooked me so I fed the market out of my holdings between the 9th - 14th April....bought back 200k today after the detail...I think the Old Bloke model can be rejigged to 115p for just initial valie for Villeta rather than 95p.

Just got back from shopping looking great here GL AP sounds like you've got 2 of you on each shoulder....for me it just all adds up like a great planet story here and that's why we're getting the communication spot on from the company because they've got a great responsibility on this one just my opinion though

Wow AP so after all the DD done by all the lawyers for 85% of the funding from global DFI's for the project and all publicly announced even via Forbes and today being given a week in advance basically a signing date at the IMF for the very small remainder of the equity club that's on the very harsh side of pessimistic....I was hoping someone closer to the company here could perhaps suggest to the company to send 2 signatories on different planes to the signing and that's all my pessimistic bit aired maybe you've let go of a few this morning then
