I like to use placings as a base line and my fidelity sipp fair value as a sell line
Just believe all the dd done during a placing should give you a level of protection
sorry for the investors who participated in the placing but we've all lost on paper its hopefully patience that sees you through

I bought some sae at between 4.2 and 5 then sold it all for a decent profit
Lucky I didn't hold on to it I was tempted to get back in at 1.3 but would of had to sell something
But back to my original question on miri 25 %up on no news what would you read into THAT??

Watched location location tonight nice rightmove inserts on ipad like devices here and there
the floor plans were great if that was part of the deal
The local market info popup from rightmove seemed part of the show so all good imo
The strong thing for me was that the rightmove stuff seemed part of the show and not an obvious advert
During the break they showed some corse boomin adverts really bad so good format miri
The other point is I don't think it would upset the main sponsor (John Lewis) because it was seamlessly part of the programme

NewGen can't just give all the money until the inter creditor agreement is signed their capital providers would ramble (pardon the pun) them up and have them hung drawn and quartered for not following procedure
But they can give them enough (with agreement from their funding clients which is mentioned in the rns) until NewGen think the inter creditor agreement WILL be in place which won't be long based on the small figure

had a look back at the director dealings they are all on the list of major shareholders and they are owed roughly £3 a share very happy to below half that price overall bring on the results

could monkey of sold out on the afternoon of the 8th October could be completely wrong
But there was a real change in the tone of Monkeys posts on that day mmmmm
