All debt facilities are covenant light, long-dated (Term Loan B, December 2026) with fully fixed and hedged interest costs.

From the strongly paraded "months of negotiations to achieve borrowing better than the US government" speech to staff screams to me treasurer hedged early in the negotiations probably due to a friendly nudge from the companies banks

It would be absolute karma if the shorts and Jupiter/Chrysalis distressed sells were due to unconnected bankers (barclays not mentioned in the group of banks extending the facility) giving notice of whispers that THG raising more facilities to shorters suppliers credit agencies investors etc etc
Never trust an unconnected banker that got told to shove off (like barclays and all the other investment bankers connected to them)

If you need to extra headroom NOW is the time to do it as we believe interest rates are going to rocket

I believe that the 300 mill you mention is actually £500 mill with the extra £156 mill facility and the £44 mill asset disposal

All I heard is that months and months of sorting the deal HH now if THG started negotiations and hopefully hedging in Feb 22 Sonia was at 0.1957 and not the 3% today
This mega finance deal was paraded at the pre Xmas presentation to a large amount of staff that's all I can confirm guys

The £156 mill facility was 1st mentioned as credit approved on the 15th of September rns
And was fully confirmed in the qtr 3 trading update
Apparently Ian Armstrong took months to get an amazing less than developed world governments can borrow at deal
