And I initially wrote a post on the LinkedIn article promoting the launch stating that Mirriad had been doing it for 15 years and patented the process that post has had over 500 reactions with a guy from SKY messaging me to say he thought the same.

I know a lot about patent pending I ran a company that had one pending for 3 years all I know is Real Madrid commercial Director at the time wouldn't commit to a part of kit until fully patented so I feel fully patented rather than pending is a better position for a tier1 client

If I was a Tier1 I'd rather commit to a VPP provider that had it's offerings confirmed as patented not TM or pending or potentially infringing a very well known and respected competitor
