F22, as a complete "none oily" why do HUR need to drill and produce oil from below structural closure ? Could they not simply drain the reservoir from the crestal wells completely by allowing the OWC to slowly rise eventually replacing the oil in the fractures with reservoir, why drain from the bottom near the water? regards GLA.

Much has been made of the case that getting planning permissions re-oil & gas extraction in the states is a given, a nod and a wink so to speak. I think the case is somewhat different in California as it is often claimed to be Americas greenest state. Not de-ramping here as I have a decent chunk invested like many, I think we just need to be a little patient and more realistic on time frames GLA
