totally agree on optimistic for the future...newco could provide the vehicle to take us all forward, some details need filling in though. Difficult to get details of new proposed management etc however a plus for all is Gr will/should take a back seat if a seat at all.
Can only see arcm shares being disposed as other prem assets to carry us forward,plus side no dilution and newco can concentrate on the main projects that would seem to be funded?

as stated wolf balance is not an issue, its when its not in the name of balance and other motives and I personally called out the infamous Valhallla many many times and the likes of logman gavman whos sole purpose was to disrupt this board with personal vendettas.
