Circum is a stand alone company to which we own a 5% holding worth 10s of millions, Infrastructure and testing are complete and are currently raising funds via HFC financial advisors ( worth a google) a world class company who have had dealt with the likes of TATA steel.
Some may wish to describe circum as a carrot some as the way forward that would unlock the true value of premiers assets, ? DYOR what would prem be worth with money in the bank monies to take zulu to dfs monies to take katee further rha in production etc etc.?
