Have not thought of irr as an inclusion of RTO just the maganesse mine...which with rha would provide two income streams.
In play we hope to see GR stand down and possible jv or partnership involving big name players.
Two income streams should be suffice to take Zulu to dfs ?? or fast tracked with a jv.?
