hi tand...yes and a cpr is not a static one off special, as part of xop requirements ( and for oilers themselves) a full mapping of reserves using new ,existing and historic data is used (also bbls produced).
Frontier was drilled previously but drilling technics at that time were only vertical wells, the onset off modern horizontal wells has opened up frontier and copl drills have hit big time...how big is up for confirmation...

under canadian xop rules a cpr is required with annual accounts....end of march.
