The project is owned by Bluefield Solar Income Fund with a stake of 100%.

Yelvertoft Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project cost is expected to be around £35m. Should be operational later this year.

Pinocchio, I've followed this share since it came to market. It saw it going up to over 12 pounds and crashing to to pennies and recovering. . It has a potential to grow big but ther are too many uncertainties as well. It should only be a small part of your portfolio imo.

20m ABITDA in the medium term means 20m earnings before interest ,tax, depreciation and amortisation for the year ending in Dec. 2024. Net earnings should be about 10m or between 60 and 70p for that year. Fairly priced imo.

I don't understand this 1 or very amall number of share tades. Who does it and why? Doesn't cover even the trading costs.

This company came to market two year ago at nearly four pounds with big promises. It has failed the investors badly imo.

This dividend, when combined with the interim dividend declared of 3.5 cents per Ordinary Share, totals 14.5 cents per Ordinary Share for 2022.

Next year I'm hoping for minimum 15c, which make over 12p per share or around 8%.

Since the dividend is set as 4% of the preceding financial year end’s NAV per share, it is very easy to see what the quarterly dividends for the following year will be.
The dividend level would be set to 4% of NAV measured at 31/03/2023. The NAV on 31/03/2023 was just over 105p according to the RNS.
So the quarterly dividend should be 1.05p per share this year, according to my calculations.

Underline assets have increased more than other European trust and it also pays a very good dividend,over 4% and has one of the highest discount in its sector.

If turnover of 350 to 400 millions is indicated for this year then we're on the way to 500 millions by the end of 2024.

There's likely to be a takeover. This company has very little debt and has a turnover of a £billion. With proper management profits can be increased many folds from the current level. GLA

They'll probably achieve 500 millions in sales before the end of 2024, but why would they stop there? They will certainly push further as far as they can go imo.

Yu has more than trippled revenue in the last four years and turned a 9million operating loss into 28million operating profit in this period. That is certainaly very impressive.
My feeling is the management has much higher goals than 500million sales. They just don't want to alarm the big boys. GLA
