it was applied for in early may but, i think all the paperwork need doing regarding the 90% which probably didnt help also the there is a advertising window they need to hit then they start to site round the table (remember this is solicitors and legal people slow) i ounce drove back from Manchester to take a letter from one to another as they were going to post it they were 100m away , lots of things are going on in the background which takes time but i think we are almost there

Native title from my understanding is they cannot stop you from mining or exploring its a good faith arrangement that all parties need to agree cost and so on certain things can effect the outcome and it can be Postponed for years this negotiations normally last 4 months normally unless all parties dont agree, ESG and so on it can be extradited but in the courts it can be over ruled, my main concern is the road access eletrical/and water for the site

this is why i dont come on the boards anymore, look whole world is going to end let's just all do nothing and sit in a hole,

Agree with all you say @944Turbo although the last 18 month has been hard and yes, we have moved down I have used this as an opportunity. EH and Munn Munni all still have mining license, EH could be brought online very quickly if it passes the new safety updates.

The whole world economy is burning, and everything has been going down but one thing is fact nothing can happen without these Metals so I will carry on buying the dip just think if silver was back up at $26 and gold at $2000 we will be nowhere near these prices.

Its only a matter of time people will start running to these metals

Cannot wait for Rods experience to be put into action
