I am now doing what I should have done a year ago.
I hold 1.2 million shares, at an average of just over a ha'apenny.
I cannot stand the history-repeating-itself torture from AMC's old 2015 days, where every time it was the ''Wrong RNS'' whenever they announced a brilliant Resource or grade improvement-and the share price is trashed yet again, just room for another round of shorting, eh?
I no longer care if fabulous licences are granted, if production is trebled from W.K., if others Average Down, nor whether they drink Rhum or not.
I am no longer refraining from selling EUA, for I am no longer prepared to jeopardise what is left of the semblance of balance in my portfolio.
This feels sick. Mainly because I have yet again let a greedy dream take over my judgement, and I am exiting as best I can from now on.
May wonderful, pleasant dividend news overtake us all, before we revisit The Gap. What Gap? Ask Geng.
I am now selling into any rise, like I should have done before, or indeed many times before.
Is that what our Institutions and Funds are now doing, as we lose critical Market Cap below their thresholds of interest?
Mr Disillusioned.
...from insincere posters.
I really don't mind those who sincerely dream of £10 per share, nor those who predict penny-catastrophe, just let it be their honest opinion and their truth, however they see it.
All others need to take a look in the mirror, and see whether they like the view.
Personally, 78p will be utter joy for me, or its equivalent in earned-out value over a feasible timescale.
Let's not forget that allegedly-huffy spurned suitors have a habit of coming back in a hasty timescale, should it come to that, if we plough on with moving towards developing the assets. Win-Win for me on this one.
A 'ton tot! (Normandy patois, it's that kind of time of night :0 )
I mean, the SP spends 8 1/2 trading hours, not budging by even a second decimal place throughout, heedless of buying selling nor shorting. Yes, I am a believer! It must be Doom or Fate or both!
Good luck, All!
1SiD,
(holder since 2015, 1.18 million shares and holding.)
ps, could Ian kindly put my EUA guess down for 17th May 2021, at 67p, 2/3 of a £, on the basis of a 2/3 joint venture of 2/3 of Monchetundra, on the grounds that I turn 2/3 of a Century on that day? :)
Good Morning All, just wondering if I may join in the guessing game?
I intuit that we shall see an offer of two-thirds of a pound, for two-thirds of the company, on May 17th 2021, the day I reach my two-thirds of a century!
There, it certainly has a bit of a ring about it, I think we can agree :)
All the best!
Don't, please, under any circumstances, give us the definition of 'Fascinate'!
On the entirely separate subject of beverages, after my accidentally saying or doing 'The Right Thing', my radiant fiancee would reward me with an offer of buying me 'A Very Large Pint Of Beer'!
Yes, er, it might just flow over the sides of the glass, a bit, but the thought was there..
Happy Days, exactly in line with tomorrow's buoyant banter, eh?
Not A Single Solitary One is my motto, whenever I dither and think of selling just-a-few :)
Nite-nite, team..
Being a slavish follower of British Bulls insightful recommendations, I wish to register the strongest objection to this latest SP rise, an insult to their latest SELL pronouncement.
I, of course, entirely swallowed their wisdom-imbued advice back on 7th Feb 2020, immediately before Suspension, and not only sold my entire 1.2M share holding, but also opened a spectacular Short against this spurious advice.
What? Where does it say they advised Shorting? I wish I had taken a screenshot, before these nimble tipsters secretly changed it to a mere Sell, retrospectively! A Triple Gap Up Means There Must Be A Downward Correction, echoes in my memory...
They are surely cheekier monkeys than even the beloved Motley Fools.
With you all the way, in my case since 2015. Bring on the truthful outcome, and if the grog runs out, may I recommend Banks's Bitter?
