I not sure if Capital Group have sold any shares, very unlikely imo to do a back-to-back reversal without news.

The previous TR1 reported both holdings for Capital Research and Management Company and SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. (a mutual fund managed by Capital Research and Management Company)

My guess is the are no longer managing the second fund as its not on todays TR1, also with reduction in shares its customary to put before and after figures.

The more I look at Biotalys the more I see similarities for instance their Evoca product has many of the features of Saori including the fermentation process to extract peptides, or as Biotalys refer to them 'Polypeptides.

Biotalys’ AGROBODY Foundry™ could arguably be similar to Plant Health Cares PreTec platform, lots of superlatives being used but from a lay persons point of view many characteristics are the same.

There is however one big difference, and that's the valuation:

Outside of full register analysis I would only use Fintel or TR1's for accuracy, these can be relied upon as being 100% given how they are reported.

The key is to ask where is the data coming from, how is it being collected - there are four general sources outside of full register analysis which would be the Gold standard, namely;

Full register analysis -Gold standard

TR1's - 100% accurate

SEC disclosures (Fintel) - 100% accurate

Monthly fund fact sheets - Okay, but can be unreliable

Self declaration - Okay, but can be unreliable

Its another bit of data that backs up what we see on Fintel, combine this with Fed's change in stance last week and we could see more tracker type funds add.

The big one for me remains the merging of two indexes, at the moment most if not all UK funds cannot buy S4, that's set to change soon.

When you go onto L2 to buy a chunk you cant, only 400 --500 there, not worth the effort - usual prop trader tricks.

Could be a bit of a Yogi bear trap ..

From the delayed data we have certainly looks that way.

What's interesting about that TR1 is they are buying but also lending out stock at the same time, clever way to keep the price low while you buy.

Eden is another more local example, already put the figures up before but with todays increase it puts Eden at over twice PHC's market cap with 1/5th of revenue.

Biotalys AR for last year is quite interesting, its similar in some ways to Plant Heaslthcare in presentation and layout, it's very much still an R & D company with asperations to commercialise product in 2026 subject to registrations.

Its easy to forget the time and effort PHC has taken along this path, reading Biotalys progress so far is a good reminder.

This might have been one of the considerations during recent consultation, relist on Euronext to access a larger investor pool.
