Endion, maybe I wasn't clear. At this precise moment in time all of the above. I wasn't making a point about the investment potential or 'true' value, simply that that the market currently, in receipt of all the available information, values it thus.

If your analysis convinces you the market is wrong then that is an investment decision, that you can sell at x time in the future for a greater price.

market makers are permitted to accumulate short positions whilst working a sell as an essential part of their role.in 'making a market'.

Generally on a short term basis as part of the making of a market. Not as a vast conspiracy with a large short position. Anyway, the net short the mms have (they don't) is looking pretty good atm.
