The facts are they cannot get the credit deal over the line.. why would Julian or a PE house pay a premium when they know the market is weak.. I still think the deal will be done but at a much lower price point.

Very interesting times, if they are having trouble with the credit facility, then a buyout will be at a much lower level than we are now.. otherwise he / backers would be buying at a much higher level than we are now.. my guess is 75p.. Sad it’s come to this.
