I imagine that this date was given to issue as part fo their deal..

The deal was done at 4 pounds plus... so the shares where always going to be 25p shares... the company which this relates to has lost 90 % of there valuation as they thought the shares would be worth at least 4 plus.. so I imagine they are as sick as a pig.
