No news = bad news.
This is AIM.
Very well put Demon_G.
Some others on here need to take better notice of the line, "...challenge if and when required".
This is one of those challenges. Having been told there'd be news before now, once again its disappointing to watch the SP slowly falling on zero news. Hopefully CF will learn to temper his enthusiasm, (along with some of his fanboys on here).
Hi Fish, maybe the plan was to give the tree a good shake and get rid of holders like Invesco? Ultimately it doesnt really matter when the cut off date is though does it? I dont know. I'm new to this spinoff m'larky.
Your maths is correct Padrock. It's your argument that holds no water.
Nobody is denying that CF is getting a bigger slice. Everybody else is saying he deserves it.
And just to try and get ahead of you... he'll also deserve a bigger slice of the other spinoffs later in the year.
Now, can you find another drum to bang on please?
I hope nobody doubts CFs business acumen. I know I don't but the constant "jam tomorrow" whenever he gives a presentation is wearing a bit thin.
Obviously he needs to drum up interest in the company's future but his timelines need to be taken with a large pinch of salt. I just wish sometimes he would simply say "short, medium or long term" and leave it at that.
What happened to "one or maybe two spinoffs in May"?
What happened to the financials "just after Easter"?
There's a theme here that's been evident for over a year now and anyone seriously expecting "4 spinoffs and a cash dividend by Christmas"... well I've a bridge to sell you.
Yes, there's plenty happening in the pipeline but I wish CF would just stop putting unachievable timelines on everything.

If you wanna read some more about it.
Yup. In a nutshell... they changed their company policy (in the light of some huge losses) to stop investing in some "higher risk " investments. That included pretty much all of their AIM stock.
...and maybe some news on the finances (hopefully).
Because Raglan bought 5% here. Raglan is the family investment fund for CF who runs Orph.
Nothing more than that in a nutshell.
Yup I know. That's when I took a punt. But that's all it is. A punt.
I'll be as happy as anyone IF it's Orph but too many on here think it's already a done deal. It isn't.
Even if it is an Orph Pharma RTO there's nothing to say it has to be announced this month, next month or whenever.
Everything will happen exactly when it is supposed to. There really isn't any need to rush these things.
"What's not to like about a free gift! "
I don't know but that article in the Motley Fool last week the guy actually stated he wouldn't buy anymore Orph until after the free giveaway.
And people pay for that kind of advice? Good grief!

Well you were right about the TR1 Serge. Mr Akers is still buying. Now over 13%.
Could be a good week. Fingers crossed.
If CF genuinely believes OO can be a $1bil company within 12 months then I would imagine any offer less than that would be laughed at.
Yup, but I wasnt requesting that the threads be deleted. Only the ability to filter them. If others want to read them then that's fine by me.
I've written to LSE to request a mechanism to filter entire threads on their BB's. Perhaps some of you who have our resident troll showing as a green box might want to do the same.
There seems little point in filtering his pathetic witterings if others continue to feed his delusions with replys which are then unfiltered.
Honestly though I just wish he'd grow up or go away.
Chris Akers still sees value at 10p. He's increased his holding to 16.4% at 96,187,401 shares.

I bought into QTZ a week or so ago, (as soon as I heard Akers was in), I trade with Barclays into an ISA. No problems buying QTZ through them.
I'm wondering if Voyager CBD is going to reverse into there or here?? Time will tell.
Monecor (London) Limited now holding over 9% and also buying at over 8p.
This still has some legs up to and beyond the April meeting.
