Lovely to see TXP breaking out and starting to re-rate... did anyone join me at 12p ?... 16p now and 20+ looking very likely pre 1st drill (June).

Beauty is the SP is underpinned with 2200bopd production and development program but they have 2x 95% COS drills coming up in summer, both should be funded (1st is 100% from 12p placing, 2nd should be from cashflow as they are printing cash at the mo with Brent in the zone) ... 1st alone could double production or more and nothing not priced in yet. 3rd drill is 34% COS but much bigger reward.

Good results at first drills will also de-risk the whole block and open up 30 - 60 new targets. (on top of the 200 development wells they already have to go at)

News expected to say development drills are back on... plus hearing that their discount to brent is now in single figures which is excellent so that will make good reading in an RNS ... likely be the Q1 update.

Which is exactly my thoughts ... limited to no downside from here with nailed on growth and funded additional transformational low risk drilling that could really move it a level.

Genuine producing firm with ideal risk v reward in this shitty shark infested market imo.

First drill not 'till June so early for any excitement of course ... but positioning with the limited downside is not to be sniffed at. 95% chance of commerciality on first drill and could double production.

That said... looks an overreaction to what is likely the smallest delay ever with them... they evan said last month they didn't expect any "material delay" to the Q1 timeline ... so in other words there could be a slight delay but not much ... Can't get much more slight than by end of April instead of March.

Sorry to hear about UEN balman, they going to come back at some point ? ... TXP hasn't moved yet and has to at some point soon bar oil price total collapse (something they know how to survive and have worked through in the past) ... production alone just way exceeded expectations and will grow along with the SP. The first of the Ortoire exploration drills is funded, on for June and is contingent (so its there having been discovered by Shell back when they didn't want gas) with a 95% chance of commerciality ... that first drill alone could double production in one go. I've been adding down here, my av now around 12.4.

Happy to hear any downside point of view as I'm struggling to find a better risk v reward atm.... with a bias towards not wanting to lose anything.
