I think you are looking at this too much, the days buys vs sells are not really important research. But, for your info, I posted that list of trades because this LSE site was broken (again) for the day and wasn't reporting any trades... this trades were just copied and pasted from HL and I posted them here to show that there had been trades...
The way LSE reports trades as buys or sells simply depends on whether the trade lands below or above the mid price of the spread ... this is not always accurate as the spread is often fake and you may be able to buy below the mid price for example... in which case the buy would be in red and reported as a sell... also, for another example, a sell that is reported late (look at the time stamp) may appear after the SP/spread has dropped and would then show up as a buy in blue, or vice versa... you get it ?
So where LSE says:

It is rarely accurate as it is just automated and reporting the red vs blue of the day which are often wrong... so don't read too much into it.
