Along similar lines and more recently, although it seems like an age ago as I am in HNL and 18 months in patiently waiting for re-listing ....the HALO acquisition of Tullow Dutch North sea assets was an interesting one and certainly looks a game changer for HNL

Will be interesting to see if the incoming game changer acquisition for UOG has any links to Tullow... I expect we will find out soon.

Good points but the BOD do regularly make a point of highlighting that they are intentionally targeting jurisdictions that they are familiar with (through experience at Tullow) and confident to do business in... I wouldn't expect any new deal / asset to be throwing up any potential headaches for them, particularly with Brian using words like"significant" and "game changing".

The 1% incremental disclosure is for individuals... for funds the disclosure thresholds are only 1% when above 10% ... up to that point it is only required at 5% and 10%. Note that LO sold around 5% around Sept/Oct last year down from around 14% to sub 10%

UOG isn’t on AIM, it’s main market.

I worry about the constant dilution with TENA though ... whereas NCCL should be fully funded 'till at least next summer.
