In furtherance to the announcement made on 5 December 2018, regarding the Correspondence with the Trustee of the Bondholders (the "Announcement"), Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY, TASE:MTMY.TA) (the "Company") announces that an English translation of the letters referenced in the Announcement will also be made available on the Company's website. The Company is also clarifying that the letter received from legal counsel to the trustee of the bondholders which is referenced in the Announcement includes various alleged claims against the Company and its officers, regarding its conduct, provision of information and past disclosures. The letter also states that as part of rights and remedies available to the bondholders they are entitled to declare an event of default under the terms of the bond and an immediate repayment of all amounts under the bonds..The Company also provided a copy of its response letter, which reject these claims, lists various defaults and violations of the terms of the bonds, explains that despite various statements, currently no event has occurred that constitutes an event of default under the Company's bonds, clarifies the Company's compliance with its disclosure obligations and calls all stakeholders to commence discussion based on the plan presented by the Company as announced on December 3, 2018.

I'd expect it to come back up and settle, looks like mms have played it like fiddle to sell a few at a premium on open and shake a few out.

Sounds imminent to me to be confirming (via RNS, not pr) that a full update is on track for Q4 when it's less than 3 weeks to xmas. Just eyes and tees to cross surely ?

Absolute no brainer here now... 13m mcap including 5m cash with all the value that has been added throughout this year.

No way we won't be steaming through that 8p warrant strike price over the next 6-12 months ... if not much shorter term.
