For me I think it is do I trust our ceo. I’m afraid I don’t.

With his history and he and Ryan awarding themselves that pay increase that’s enough for me to think it’s time he left.

Get someone new in who has respect for shareholders and is trustworthy.

For all we know there could be a decent offer on the table but AM is so bloody minded that he will not agree to it

I have lost confidence in Art as A CEO.

Shame there isn’t also vote to retain the CFO. He is possibly less popular than Art

I feel that I don’t need much from Art but perhaps something positive about the Ggs or cc drills. Some images or videos on the website updated say monthly with a short comment about progress

Personally don’t think we should give AM the heads up. I just gives him time to get his act together to get more holders to vote for the consolidation

His and Ryan’s pay increase really peed me off. They are taking the P. How can they justify the increase.

Very straight forward.
On the right hand side of your home page there is a link to shareholders meetings. Click on this and it will take you to meeting which are coming up connected to your holdings.
Personally i think the only way AM will take on board any feelings PI's have towards him is to vote so he can see it in terms of votes cast.

Unless there is something more behind the consolidation, when we are scrambling around for funds why on earth are we spending money on consolidation and name changes.
If management want to do it then wait until we can pay for it out of profit.
Not so long ago they stated that they were looking at ways to cut costs and now this.
IMO this money should be used to develop the field.
If it happens will the brokers etc be paid for in shares? More dilution

Neptune produce 135,000 bopd
My basic calculation is the payment equates to just under $50,000 per barrel
If this is applied to copls 1700 bopd it equates to $85m. Mc

Analysts at Jefferies called private equity-backed Neptune “cheap as chips” at a $6.7 billion enterprise value, which equates to just over $12 per barrel of oil equivalent for its reserves.

When I first started communicating with Cathy I was pleased that I was getting a form of reply from copl.
Unfortunately over time I realised that whatever Cathy said was what the PI wanted to hear.
From experience take what she says with a pinch of salt and do not give it any weight.

I’m sure AM has skill sets but this does not include being a ceo
I think he has a role to play in copl but not it’s ceo.
As for Ryan is he a highly paid puppet?
As for Cathy if she is been paid 200,000 then what can I say. My last communication with her, she wasn’t aware of what was said a the latest hearing.
Anyway if AM is still in place after the agm then perhaps he can be given a bloody nose by PI’s voting a certain way

We have looked at the value of the oil, the value of the injected gas and the value of the plant and machinery.
I’m interested what the value is of the existing land with its disused wells etc.
I no very little about cc but I assume you pump carbon into the ground and it stays there within natural underground voids.
Copl seem to be able to pump as much gas as they want into the land so I assume that they could do the same with carbon dioxide.

Hi much would say Exxon pay for a parcel of land with no oil in place which would provide the same carbon capture capability of copls land.

I noticed this i’m hoping one of the more researched on here will pass on their thoughts.
It was for 3 months to December 22. I hoping there were done exceptional costs involved which were one offs

To a certain point Anavio are in the driving seat in terms of what happens to copl.
If they decide to look for takeover bids they won’t be able to rely solely on their percentage to get it over the line.
Any price per share would have to be ok with AM and us Pi’s.
What this price is who knows but at the moment if someone offered me 50p a share I’d take it

Can’t see copl going bust as the senior lender and cornerstone bh have too much to loose.
Cast your mind back to Cuda’s senior lender they list millions.
We are surely on the cusp of production covering costs so for our senior supporters letting this go to the wall just doesn’t stand right.
If we need working capital to see us over the line the cbh would support us.

I thought I new most things about Art but not that he had been a registrar.
Best thing in the last rna was the cornerstone investor is still on board.
Ok we may need another hand out but ultimately the fields will come good hopefully with the jvp.
With big oil companies having money coming out of there ears I am hoping that they will make copl and offer that we can’t refuse.
In order to avoid any share holder issues I’m think £1 per share.
After all we are producing circa 40k boo per month. If it wasn’t for the senior loan we would be in profit

The cash position at the end of June was 11.7m and at the end of September it was 5.6m
Say we burnt 6.1m over 3 months say 2m per month
We needed to raise in January we were in default of the senior loan so sub 2.5m
4m was injected in Jan.
I hope that the costly work to upgrading the field has been completed so the cash burn should reduce.
Our expenditure now seems to be the re completions at cc. One per month at say 400k
I think the loan repayment is around 1m per month.
It thinks remain as they are I estimate our cash burn to be around 1.5 to 2m per month
