When I read the last rna about production I thought that a line has been drawn and at last production is moving in the right direction.

Then the market reacts as it has which then makes me think is this Information that Art has put out there to try and give support to the sp but there is something else going on which the seller is aware of.

So from the rna there could be an assumption that June’s production will be better than May.

Unless another rna is released before the end of June we won’t know if this is the case.

I really hope that Arthur is not leading us up the garden path and the June’s figures will show another increase.

It’s a very poor situation when a shareholder can’t trust what the ceo says.

Like a lot of things with Copl it looks great on paper.

Unfortunately Arthur and Ryan appear to be living in a paper world.

By all means if the company can afford it pay yourself loads. But as we know you should cut your cloth to suit your income and expenditure.

Let’s just hope they don’t get the asset revalued

The thought of Arthur and Ryan sitting down to discuss their pay increases and then I presume justifying to themselves why they should receive the increases makes me want to be sick.

What on earth would they say to each other.

If they think that their salaries are justified then produce a statement giving details of why they are justified.

Over the years I have now changed my view to against for the following reasons.

I can not trust anything he says

When Copl are scrapping around for cash he thinks it is acceptable to award himself and his entourage obscene pay increases

I appreciate the efforts by SAS and the feedback they have given on this BB. When AM says something is imminent I think we know that his definition of imminent is different to what you may expect.

I feel that he is giving lip service to SAS.

I hope I am wrong and that we get a big announcement on 30 May

If nothing else the vote counts will be interesting.

By the same token any other ceo May look at the proposal by the jvp and take a view that in the interest of the shareholders it’s acceptable even though personally they don’t like it.

It could well be that Art is taking his personal view to the dealings and is dug in and won’t budge.

So Art may well be the reason why terms have not been agreed.

If you are in Art’s position the NDA is fantastic as you can bat anything off as “sorry I can’t talk about X as it’s covered by the NDA”

No one has any recourse against Art.

If he was trustworthy I could live with the time it’s taking. Unfortunately I don’t think he is and I feel that there should be an agreement with the other party to allow Art to release something material by a certain date.

As the ggs is so critical to us I would love it if AM was proactive in having a section for this on the website to show the progress and maybe have regular updates.

Cash position looks good on paper but boy have we paid for it in dilution

Perhaps they could have put an additional sentence in to show why we have so much cash

Large oil companies have cash coming out of their ears.

Unless Arthur is looking for a ridiculously huge injection of cash I can’t see why it is so difficult to agree terms.

The jvp has all the information about copls fields. Surely we can’t be arguing over small percentages or the odd $m.

If it’s Arthur’s ego which is stopping getting this over the line then perhaps he should, with the other parties approval to put the offer to a shareholder vote.
